Privacy policy
This policy explains what information is collected on the site, why, and what your rights are regarding it. It was written in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981), and Amendment No. 13 to the Law.
Who is responsible for the information
The site is operated by Eliaz Danos, Law Office (the "Office"), 2 Weizmann St., Tel Aviv. The Office is the controller of the database in which enquiries from the site are kept. For any privacy question: ari@lipka.co.il, phone 03-6917878.
What information is collected
- Information you provide in forms: name, phone, email, city and building address, number of apartments, subject of the enquiry and content of the message. In an enquiry from a company: company name, the contact person and their position, website, address, fields and regions of activity.
- Minimal technical information: the time of the enquiry, the page it was sent from and the country of origin, for security and to prevent misuse.
You are not legally required to provide the information. Providing it is your choice. Without contact details we cannot get back to you. The site does not require registration and does not ask for sensitive information.
What the information is used for
- Getting back to you and giving you information on the subject you contacted us about.
- In an enquiry from a company: reviewing a request to correct or remove details in the directory.
- Managing enquiries and tracking how they are handled.
- Securing the site and preventing automated submissions.
The Office will not send you advertising without your express consent, in accordance with section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982 (חוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשמ״ב-1982).
Who receives the information
The information is not sold and is not transferred to third parties for their own use. It is provided only to the technical service providers through which the site operates, and only to the extent needed for that: hosting and infrastructure services (Cloudflare) and an email sending service (Resend). Some of these providers' servers are located outside Israel. The information is transferred to them in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001 (תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (העברת מידע אל מאגרי מידע שמחוץ לגבולות המדינה), התשס״א-2001).
The Office may disclose information if required to do so by law.
How long the information is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and to continue our contact with you, and for no more than two years from the date of the last enquiry. This does not apply if a professional relationship has been formed between you and the Office that requires keeping them for longer.
Data security
The Office takes reasonable measures to secure the information, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017 (תקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע״ז-2017): communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS), access to enquiries is limited to a password-protected admin interface, and only the necessary data is recorded. However, complete protection against intrusion into computer systems cannot be guaranteed.
Your rights
You may inspect the information kept about you, ask for information that is not correct, complete, clear or up to date to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted Protection of Privacy Law, sections 13-14. The company directory
The directory of developers, contractors and supervision firms contains business information that has been made public: on company websites, in professional guides and rankings, and in the media. A company or an office holder who wishes to update, correct or remove details can contact us through the "Update or remove company details" form at the bottom of every page, and we will handle the request promptly.

This policy may be updated. The binding version is the one shown on this page. Last updated in October 2026.
