Use of the site is subject to the terms below. They are written in the plural form and apply to all genders.
The information on the site is general information
The content of the site is intended to give general information on urban renewal topics, and is correct as of the date it was last updated (October 2026). It is presented in summary form. It is not legal, appraisal, engineering, tax or other advice, and it is not a substitute for a review of your specific case. Every case must be examined on its own merits with a lawyer who specialises in the field.
Legislation, case law and the policies of the authorities change from time to time. Before making a decision, check the current binding wording of the relevant laws, regulations and decisions.
No lawyer-client relationship
Reading the content, using the forms or contacting the office through the site does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Such a relationship is created only after an engagement agreement has been signed with the office.
The company directory
The directory of developers, contractors, supervision firms and accompanying companies was compiled from public sources for users' convenience. Being listed in the directory is not a recommendation, rating, endorsement or opinion about a company. Not being listed does not indicate a negative recommendation. It is an omission, as clearly not every company can be listed. The order in which companies appear in the directory does not indicate quality or ranking.
The details are shown as published and may change. Before engaging a company, check the company and its details independently. Inclusion of a company in the directory is at the firm's sole discretion. A company that wishes to correct its details or have them removed is welcome to send us a message through the site.
Advertisements and external links
Advertisements from commercial parties may appear on the site, and they are marked as advertisements. Showing an advertisement is not a recommendation of the advertiser. The site includes links to external sites, and the office is not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, illustrations and renderings on the site are owned by the office or used by it lawfully. They may not be copied, reproduced or published, in whole or in part, without written permission, except for a short quotation with a reference to the site.
Liability
The office makes a reasonable effort to present correct and up-to-date information, but does not undertake that the information is complete, accurate or free of errors. The office will not be liable for any damage caused by relying on the information on the site without individual professional advice.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of the State of Israel apply to the use of the site. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to the site.
